What happens when the landlord lost my tenant portion and refuses to do upgrades? What happens when the landlord used me to open a bank account with Apple Bank without my consent and refuses to return my security deposit to move into a better safer and cleaner environment?
My tenet has stop paying rent[2 mos] and have me in limbo as to when she's leaving
If you leave owing rent your landlord can report to the credit agency. Housing court records are NEVER thrown out. They can be dismissed but there is still a record of it.
