Sergeant Lee Steven, NYPD badge number 858. Brooklyn Court Division Officer at 120 Schermerhorn Street who speaks Mandarin and English was trying to interfere with the conversation between me and my client due some misunderstanding. Revealing details to the two female bystanders to judge the result, threatened to arrest me for grand larceny as the Paralegal who was retained by the client and attempted to explain the whole situation. Revoking our client's case details to the bystanders who walked away from the court. Yelling me to leave saying "BYE, NO ONE NEEDS YOU" and forbidding me to talk to my client. Very unprofessional and rude. NYPD is really getting downhill these days.

Very good court. Very compassionate and helpful staff. Judges are professional and court security are respectful and considerate. Brooklyn is a great place to commit federal crimes and be treated with the utmost respect as they sentence you to a nice easy 40 to life.

If they have bail if they can't pay it they go to the island to wait for court if you come up with the with the 20% or whatever it is for the bail bondsman that you be released but if they don't show up you lose all that money or whatever you put up for collateral

It is best to come after lunch like around 2:30. You wont be seen in the morning. Other people have court dates that day and they have priority over you. Most warrants are done last.
