What if my mother is home with hospice care and she can't get out to submit an answer

Kelly brown, if you or someone else is her power of attorney/representative, you can go to the housing court and put in the answer as if it is your mom. Just bring all the documents needed to fight the case along with a letter from the hospice center stating that she is receiving care from them. If not a final judgement will be placed on the case and they will come and do a lock out no matter what.
