I had a mom myself. First my condolences to your mom ad the apartment, if you lived at the for at least three years, you could be the co-tennant and by law you be awarded the apartment. I know because when my mom passed on, I the apartment was turned over to me so check to see if your the co-tennant if you lived in tbe apartment for at least three years, you could have the apartment.
