I toured Tava Waters and it seems pretty but upon further research the apartment has a serious pest issue. Bugs, rodents, roaches etc. Many complaints, would definitely do my research before considering that place.
one bedroom is about 1300 dollars now. It is about 560 square feet. Tava water is better than Lowry park because they have very beautiful views.
