THESE PEOPLE ARE THIEVES! I Put in an application in January for an apartment and paid a $200 refundable hold on the apartment as well. Fortunately I wasn’t approved, because the fact that I’ve been fighting them since January for my $200 is ridiculous. They have supposedly sent me at least 3 separate checks that just never make here for some reason. They tried blaming it on the fact that they had a bad employee. Probably because of the fact that THEY NEVER SENT IT! DO NOT RENT FROM HERE! Update! I finally received my check on July 18th, after I called the cops on them, went to their office multiple times, and called multiple times a week for the last 6 months. They supposedly sent me 7 different checks. I begged them to send it with a tracking number, and they refused for months saying it wasn’t possible. Once I threatened to have Fox 31 come down and do story, they could miraculously send a check certified with a tracking number. That Check made it to me in less than a week. The front desk women are incompetent and lack proper education on there positions. Their main manager never even attempted to call me, it was the assistant manager who got the job done. He’s the only one there with a higher IQ than a fish.

I regret moving here My 4 year old son has had the worst time here, scared of the obnoxious fire alarm that goes off for the whole building WITHOUT a fire. It’s had him in tears out of fear every time. Which is even scary as an adult to wake up to a blaring fire alarm thinking you have to evacuate quickly. If there was a actual fire I wouldn’t know to take it seriously or not of how many false alarms there has been. The maintenance issues that never get fixed, I have a 2 bed 2 bath but I only use one bathroom because one toilet hasn’t worked since I’ve moved in. My appliances are outdated and broken. Parking is the worst and lack communication from the office is even worse, they answer the phone one out of 30 times. And even then they aren’t helpful, they say they will “get back to you” but never do, and if you’re persistent they don’t like you. They’ve also changed my lease agreement on me twice, then the pandemic hit (which the rent went up, I lost work and I had no assistance) so I haven’t been able to leave this nightmare. Waste of money from a single mother. The one cool thing is they have a Amazon locker hub. Which I lost my fob to and was charged $50 just to find out are actually $15 to replace. Read reviews before applying here, I wish I would have.

So far the office staff has been great. Just waiting on some repairs and hoping they are completely timely. I will update my review stars and status based on how the repair request is handled.
