This place is bad. They withhold information before you sign a lease. There has been loud construction every day since I moved in and it’s deafening. Drills, hammers, saws all day and no warning was given. Had I know there would be constant construction I might not have signed. But no one in management mentioned anything about construction at any point. Steer clear.

Toured and looked at 3 apartments. Was interested but leasing agent never sent me any info to apply. If this is how they treat potential residents, I can’t imagine living here would be any better.

How do I contact the higher ups? The way Jason Blackmon treated me today remind me of a high school bully when all I did was go to inquire about my missing package. And he went out of his way to perpetuate instead of resolve the situation.

Honestly I'm more annoyed that me getting upset at the way he treat me is making it hard for me to focus on my math than I am about you guys not doing much about the package. It's not the first package that has disappeared at this apartment. And I admit to being frustrated at the time and I apologize to the nice employee who helped me properly for that but it's a customer service job so Blackmon should know not to act that way to someone kinda upset. In the future he should try to focus on solving the problem instead of pushing back with whose fault the problem was and why when I didn't really care about that. Like show me the Luxer service page nicely, like your trying to help me. Edit: it's been 6 months with no response however even after 6 months I still want to make a complait about Jason. Think I'll try using different avenues to find his boss.

Parking not in the lot (you have to pay) is pretty bad. Expect to spend 10+ minutes driving around looking for street parking.
