We had a really bad experience, we had an appointment with Kristie Marx, but we were unpleased and unsatisfied with her customer service. During the appointment she did not help us at all, she just asked questions without really helping us. But she did mention how busy she was,.. because she had other customers ahead of us and we had to wait for the kitchen design for three days. DONT MAKE CUSTOMERS DO APPOINMENTS IF YOU'RE JUST GOING TO ASK THEM ABOUT WHAT COLOR THEY WANT WITHOUT SPENDING MORE THAN 20 MINUTES WITH THEM!! We even send her out kitchen measurements ahead of time, but it was a waste of time, we spend less than 15 minutes in the store, what's the point of making customers do appointments if you're not going to do kitchens design that same day nor spend enough time with them.. explaining the prices, quality and brands of the cabinets with the client! If you're in just a hurry to go home, don't work as a kitchen design specialist!! We went to a different place, and they help us immediately, the kitchen design, estimate was done in minutes without no need of an appointment. Don't come to this place, and if you do... don't make an appointment with Kristine Marx, she's so unprofessional! if you want your kitchen design, as soon as possible and want to know which cabinet brand is best for you based on your budget. she's not the person to talk to!!

Ordered cabinets in the summer of 2021. They were delivered in December of 2021. The order was incomplete. The cabinets were the wrong sizes. The Cabinets had been put in production at different times and one stain did not match the other. Even on the same cabinet it appeared they damaged a door or drawer and then made a new one but the stain was different. They placed another order and again the same thing. They placed another order and again they did the same thing. They refused to expediate the next order. I called and complained as they did not expediate and that they are holding up our entire project. The owner was not in the least empathetic and if you get the least bit annoyed with their response or their lack of attention to detail they immediately say you are being rude and hang up the phone. They must have a Cry-bully training program. Now it is June of 2022 and they have been paid in full for about six (6) months and I went in to pick up my cabinets that I paid to be delivered? One of their sales girls that was new and was very nice but then another sales girl came out from the back and started barking loudly that I had not paid for the cabinets and ridiculing the girl that was new that she did not know what she was doing and I have to pay. When I informed her that I had paid for them in December and they had to be reordered several times she could not handle being wrong and once again cried-bully. This person obviously had absolutely no couth. When I got into the warehouse to inspect them of course once again they were not able to get the order correct and the panel to my bar was missing. Yes I was annoyed especially since I had asked them to confirm with me what they were reordering. Then they brought in 4 warehouse men who acted like thugs to escort me out of the building and said at one point I could not have my cabinets. Obviously, they fed these guys a false narrative and they came aggressively. I asked if I needed to call the 911 to be able to take the goods that I paid for and I was permitted to take them. Actually the one guy took 2 of the items and tossed it out on the parking lot. Real nice customer service. At this point I have no choice but to bring suit as they have been paid in full and really do not care to fulfill their legal obligations and I am stuck with only part of an order and cannot complete my project. I now will have to place a new order with another company and file suit and hope to be refunded my money. Their contract says they will not accept customer measurements but the owner after I complained wanted me to be responsible? All she needed to do was to look at the original order which states for example a cabinet is 48" wide not 24" like they shipped twice. I gave them all the correct measurements to begin with and went over this with them several times to no avail. Each person I have delt with cannot even hold a conversation and they react defensively and aggressively to put you on the run and define you as being the problem. I will never use this Cabinet store again period and would strongly advise anyone to go somewhere else. I own a business and admit when mistakes are made and do everything in my power to correct the same.

We made an appointment over a week in advance for a Saturday. When we arrived, everything was shut down & we were told that the employees were all at a wedding- with zero notice to us that we would need to cancel or reschedule the appointment. We spent over an hour driving here on our one day off only to speak with an employee on the phone who was not willing to help us. This is the most unprofessional experience I’ve had recently.

We recommend Home Clearance Center for their wonderful and sturdy cabinets. The cabinets are more beautiful than we imagined and really good quality. We are so happy with the way our kitchen looks and functions. Thanks Kathy Fischer for helping us get more than what we could have dreamed of. Kathy put what was in my mind into a really beautiful kitchen. Thanks Kathy Fischer for your professionalisim, patients and helping us.. This IS our dream kitchen for our home and family.

Questions & Answers

I need a 6" wide cabinet. Either spice cab or wine cab. This is a filler cabinet between the end of a run and the stove. Base cab in a honey oak color.

You would have to special order it, however they can definitely get you something like that in any cabinet line they offer you're probably looking at 4-6 weeks to get it right now though.

Is this a locally owned firm? if so who is the owner?
