After doing extensive research and interviewing a number of potential candidates for an in-state move in support of a family member, we selected Om Moving. While our expectations were high going in, Om Moving exceeded even this very elevated bar. The company's upfront communications were proactive, thorough, professional, and highly caring. Pre-move follow-up and responsiveness to our questions were always prompt. The moving crew was outstanding, as well. I've never seen a group of movers work with such precision, speed, care, efficiency, and diligence. The crew operated with the highest levels of professionalism, courtesy, and focus from start to finish. In the end, there were no delays, no 'snafu's', and no negative surprises in this entire moving process with Om. And, in turn, we have had no regrets whatsover for placing our trust in Om Moving. We used Om Moving recently for our out-of-state move from New York to Minnesota. We quoted a few businesses, and Om was priced a little higher, but we had a recommendation from friends so we decided to go with them. We paid for Om to pack and move us to a storage facility, after which they would transport them to MN. There were six team members that showed up to our two bedroom apartment, and they packed in an organized fashion and quick. It was clear they had a lot of experience. Whatever I told them to do, they only had to hear it once and they executed it exactly as asked. Everyone was courteous and nice and were sooo good. I was so impressed, and would recommend them to anyone who is moving across state lines!
