Extremely poor service and very difficult to reach leasing office by phone. I moved out of this apartment complex over 2 months ago and was promised I would be getting a move-out statement within 2 weeks. Till date, I still have no clue what they have done with my security deposit. I have even paid the utility bill for the last month I lived in the property out of pocket. Tried calling the customer service number so many times, was told I would get a call back from the leasing office and never got a return call (got hung-up on today btw), sent emails, and visited the leasing office twice to no avail. I won't advice anyone to repeat my mistake, the residence is not worth the stress at all.

Let Me Start Off And Say Hailey As The Leasing Consultant Was Very Professional And She Knew How To Do Her Job. Here Comes The Holidays And Hailey Went Out Of Town. When I Put My Application in It Was Already Approved and I Was Waiting To heR Back From Someone In the Office. Well all Of A Sudden There Is A New Girl in the Office That Replaced Hailey. She Got Into The Office And All of A sudden My Application was DENIED. Now Mind You I Have A Section 8 Voucher And My Credit Score Is good. For Some Reason In Her System she Claimed That I Was Still Getting " RED FLAGGED" due to not having income. She called the help desk to see what the problem is, the help desk told her I was fine and that my application is still approved and all she needed was 3 forms of identification and I can get the apartment. We'll come later that same day she called me 5 minutes before the office closed and said my application was denied because I had bad credit and no income. Now Mind you I have a good credit score and I had income. The lady that handled my application didn't know what she was doing, it was her first day. She didn't even know what section 8 was she was trying to look cute instead of doing her job. I Would Never come back and Put A Application In at These Apartments again. If You Need A Place To Stay Dont Come Here.
