Beautiful area and apartments are fresh, clean and well maintained. Low noise level at all times. I appreciate their levels of security. I always see employees or security on golf carts making rounds (I admittedly got lost once as a guest and the employee was more than helpful), but they are helpful, give a polite nod or wave, and carry on. The upkeep and landscaping is enviable to places nearby. If you can afford it, well worth the investment.

I've been living in Lowry Park for almost a year now. I am so happy to have found this place and especially to be able to be part of this community. it is true that everything is not perfect but fortunately the staff in the office and their smiles and especially the maintenance service Anthony, Julio and the whole team, this place would not be what it is. Warm and so relaxing. Every problem has solutions and they do everything to make you happy! Thank you all for making my stay in the US so enjoyable.🙏🏼

I moved into Lowry Park last month and absolutely love it! The office and maintenance staff have been more than professional to work with, and are always so friendly. Mary responds right away and is always easy to get a hold of! I always see the grounds keeper out maintaining the property and keeping it very clean! Thank you Lowry Park for welcoming me home.

I was a little scheptical when I moved in due to horror stories from my last apt. But after being here almost 4 months, this place is amazing! Aside from being a gorgeous community, the ladies in the front office are awesome and willing to help in any way possible! The maintenance staff are a great group, and do a good job with any issues you have with your apt. Get the job done in a timely manner too! And the new key fab system makes everything better. Now I can use the amenities anytime I want! Needless to say, I'll be resigning my lease next year
