This place is an absolute waste of space. We would go 2 days to a WEEK sometimes without hot water. Maintenance was next to useless in solving the issues, and the "emergency" maintenance number sends you to a third party service that just fills out a maintenance request for you. I once had to call the fire department at 3 pm on a Thursday because the office was "closed for unforseen circumstances" and the "emergency" maintenance couldn't actually contact anyone, and there was an overwhelming stench of rotting flesh in our hallway. The fire department confirmed that was what we were smelling. There was also a woman who lived here chasing tenants with a baseball bat and also threatening she will kidnap tenants' children, that the leasing company refused to do anything about, "because she hasn't actually harmed anyone YET". There was a murder in the parking lot that I heard about through a woman that lives down the street 2 weeks after the incident. Not from our leasing office. DO NOT LIVE HERE.

Aside from all the hidden fees and gotcha contract clauses. This place is utter trash. Inconsiderate neighbors, management that is unreachable through any means of communication, and very unsafe. Complained many times of noisy neighbors, and nothing was done about it. Also, main foyers doors were constantly left open. Heat and Ac were only turned on once a year. Meaning if you got a stretch of hot or cold days early in the season you were out of luck for a month or two. Construction took over 9-10 months of my stay, aside from an addendum I signed, contractors weren't Covid safe and did not wear a mask while updating the units. The updates were very hastily done. Maybe they should have concentrated on properly weatherproofing their units. Energy bills were sky-high. Trash was definitely a problem at this location, constantly found all over the floor on the driveway. Nasty! Look else where this place may look nice but it's all a veneer.

Do not submit an application here! I applied here on Thursday today is Tuesday and I changed my mind because I found a bigger place and the lady in the leasing office named Palo said that I can't get a refund of my $100 administrative fee Because there's a 48 hour time frame to change your mind and I miss that that but that shouldn't count weekends But apparently it does. I guess losing a $100 is better than having to live here and put up with all the stuff that I read in their reviews. However if they were really an honest business they would have given me my refund refund it is what it is!

I've lived here for about six months now, and it's a pretty good apartment complex. I'll list the pros and cons: PROS: -Good price for studios - 3 bedroom -Onsite fitness center and pool -Helpful, friendly leasing staff. I called them to report I'd be a few days late moving in, and they actually adjusted my lease to match. -The namesake Colorado Station is within a few minutes walking distance, and is along the E and H train lines, allowing access to Union Station, the 16th Street Mall and downtown and the Tech Center, making this a great option for commuters. It's placement within zone 2 means you'll only ever have to pay Local fares unless you're going to the airport, which is just a connection away at Union Station. If you're driving, it's right next to I-25. -Covered parking is available, and there's loads of street parking too. -Online portal allows you to pay rent and utilities and put in maintenance requests online. NEUTRAL: -The laundry facilities are, for the most part, only open during office hours, making them somewhat inconvenient depending on your schedule. -This place allows pets, which is a plus if you're a pet owner or plan to get one, but perhaps not so if you don't. Breed restrictions are enforced, mostly aggressive dog breeds like Akitas, Pit Bulls and German Shepherds. -Closest grocery store is Safeway on Yale Avenue. -Not that much in the way of activities or nightlife; this is a bedroom part of town. There is a bar on the corner of Dahlia and Evans, though. CONS: -Cockroaches. My issue is pretty mild, but yours might be different. Thankfully, pest control here is pretty good: just put in a request if any are seen and they'll come take care of it. If you move here, I would buy a couple roach motels and put them under the sinks and by the door just in case. A couple reviews here also mention bedbugs, but I've personally never had a problem and they could be misidentified: baby German Cockroaches can resemble bedbugs. -I would not recommend attempting to leave by turning left onto Evans Avenue during rush hour. There's no green arrow here, just a flashing yellow that the other drivers won't let you use. Either drive out to Grape Street and turn left, drive through and turn left onto Florida, or take Service Road down to Yale. Verdict: it's a good place to consider when moving to Denver. Personally, I'm content with it, but will probably move out once a condo or small house comes into my budget.
