I stayed here for a year and never had any problems, always paid rent on time. Before moving out I received prorated rent statement which I paid in full. After couple months I received another rent statement with late fees and and other charges. When I nicely called to ask about it Chris was very rude and disrespectful, didn’t apologize for the their mistake and said that even if they sent me the wrong statement it’s my responsibility to check it out with calculator. When I asked him - Are you serious? (If to be honest I was expecting at least some support and explanation of their mistake). He said - Yes, of course 100% serious. He acted very very rude. I couldn’t believe this is even possible, as I am very nice and friendly person, never leave bad reviews and I am pregnant right now and it was very stressful conversation for me. My husband was in another room and heard Chris attitude, took the phone and replied to him the same rude way. So again basically Broadstone sent me wrong statement which was paid in full, in 2 months I received another statement with unpaid balance and late fees. Instead of apologizing, they said that it’s my mistake I didn’t check the prorated statement. Again - I don’t mind paying wherever I owed for rent. But I’m not going to let anyone speak with me in such a rude and disrespectful way, specially when I paid everything according to the statement I received from Broadstone. I never had such an unpleasant experience with property management in my life.

Save your money, live somewhere else. Not unique to any other large scale rental community. You'll certainly be charged for painting and cleaning regardless of the condition of the unit. Also model unit lights are on 24/7 and hallways are heated to 75 degrees in the winter. Terrible for the environment.

A few things in my apartment needed some work done. Daryl was quick to respond to my request and called ahead to make sure he arrived at a convenient time. When he came, he was extremely efficient and helpful with the tasks I had requested as well as asking if there was anything else. He is a great asset to the staff.

I recently moved in and found a few things needed to be fixed around my apartment. I was impressed with how quickly Daryl from maintenance responded after I submitted a service request online! He was very attentive and respectful. It’s nice knowing you’re in good hands when it comes to maintenance requests!

There is a washer and dryer in each home. We also offer on-site dry cleaning and laundry service.
Pet friendly, yes. But people don't follow the "Smoke Free Property" rules. It's annoying.
I'm not sure if they accept housing vouchers or not, just call their office and they can tell you.
