Sent documents updating my residential status. This information only applied to receive residential status discount for one car in the household. Additionally this email wasn’t enough information for them to be able to update my ability to purchase guest parking permits. It required my personal visit and wait time at the office. So frustrating!!!!!!

I live on the beach and pay to park in my zone. Never any parking because parking enforcement does not enforce the residential zones. I was parked before the no parking sign, but of course they came to give me a ticket and tow me!!! I’m so upset because I was not even close to the sign! So I have to pay and ticket and the towing fee! That is BS. They need to do their job and They need to enforce the people who don’t belong in the zone not the residents that pay to park in their zone. At night I can never find parking!!!!

03-13-16 at 10:00am Sunday morning... I wanted to ask the Miami Beach parking official a question about parking she said' she was heading to a call.. More likely didn't had time for me. Unit #15706 women official. That scared me so much to see what kind of civil service employee we hire that doesn't Care about visitors that come threw if they were realy lost....
