I was very impressed with the level of service I recieved today from the Customer Service Center. Within minutes of arriving, I was greeted, escorted back with a rep and a parking pass issued. From the front receptionist, to the CS rep and the cashier who was nothing less than a perfect and kind professional, the entire experience was incredible. Kudos to City of Miami Beach and its employees!

With the covid testing and vaccine center on site you have to drive around to the back of the building to park. Maps will bring you into the front side which is inaccessible at this time. Stop is really friendly and courteous and easy to get into and out of once you do park in the garage.

On the right there is a section called "I need to ...", choose "Report" in the first box and in the second make the choice that best suits your need. A cordial greeting.
I actually called code of compliance and spoke to a local police officer and they made it seem like it wasn’t an issue, so I don’t know what other options I should take tours this person illegal actions
