Space is good, interior is nice. I don't have any problems with pests and my neighbors are all very respectful. Awful communication and lack of cameras, though. Recently there has been a massive upgrade to the exterior of the leasing office, it looks fantastic! They have also started to re-do the parking lots and replace the sidewalk, but there are still no cameras. Honestly, who needs cameras when the leasing office looks so nice? I tried contacting MG properties and I left a message about the poor communication (sending notice to move your car with the consequence of being towed 5 and a half hours AFTER construction starts) and there was no one to answer the phone and I never received a call back. If you can afford to live somewhere else please just do it. Your car will be broken in to and your mail will be stolen. And they won't install any cameras. Thank god they re-did the exterior of the leasing office though, it is much more important than security.

Communication from management is absolutely horrendous. They've been doing parking lot repairs recently but only providing a three day notice to move your vehicle. So if you plan to go on any vacation, best of luck to you that you don't get your car towed because it absolutely is "at owner's expense". Further, on the front of communication, they'll turn off the water to a building and won't inform residents until AFTER this has happened, and proceed to tell them they will be without water for a few hours. And this happens FREQUENTLY.
