I was in the area and decided to stop by this cozy bookstore. They have wonderful displays and elegant signage that clearly displays where each genre is in the store. I was impressed by their depth! A whole bookcase of mysticism is no joke. Really appreciated all the older titles they had as well. Was able to snag a used Mercedes Lackey novel on the cheap - practically felt like they were giving it away! If you live in the area, you're lucky to have such a heartfelt independent bookstore near you.

I couldn't browse as I wanted. I had my daughter complaining the whole time. From what I saw they have gently used books and figurines displayed for purchase. When we entered the store they said hello. They seemed friendly. I will be going back on my own, to shop and see what they have to offer. I will come back to update review in future.

This is an awesome locally-owned second hand bookstore. I love coming by just to browse. I've had some great luck finding movies I love. There's a huge selection and everything is well-organized. The staff have always been kind every time I come in. Highly recommend stopping by.

Nothing like the smell of books to help you reach your happy place. You don't realize how much you've missed bookstores until you walk into Open Book. Helpful, friendly staff and great selection across genres. This is a must visit for book lovers of all ages.

Right, like Ed and owner have said, they DO accept used books in good condition. I would add that the books would need to be popular ones they have a strong chance of reselling. 📚

Our COVID regulations are that we require masks, we check temperatures at the door, and we provide gloves for shopping. Food and drink are not allowed (so that masks stay on) and physical distancing encouraged.

Hi there! We currently have paperback facsimiles of "The Lost Princess of Oz", "The Emerald City of Oz", and a 1960s reproduction of "The Wonderful Wizard of Oz" with the original art, but colorized and with a different cover from the original. We can hold them for you if you would like to visit us and see them.
