I’ve completed 3 leases with Aaron’s and am currently in the middle of a 4th lease. Unfortunately my bank account info was stolen and my account was closed. After telling this to Aaron’s employees multiple times and asking for a payment plan for the month the employees put in for a payment appointment. After being harassed by Aaron’s employees I am highly considering returning my appliance and taking my business elsewhere. Clearly their employees don’t pay attention when a customer is speaking.

Oh where to begin....let’s see. Went to the store to find a piece of furniture we needed, found the one we liked and agreed on. Asked the sales rep when it would be delivered etc. they give us a date we do the paper work etc. 3 days later it is delivered! Awesome...not. 2 weeks after its delivered we get a call from the manager saying the account will be closed due to non payment...non payment? We’ve had it 2 weeks? Normally it’s like renting a house payment is due on an agreed day or the 1st of every month. We were never given a date to make a payment never told when it was due just get a phone call saying the accounts closed and they will be coming to pick up the piece of furniture. After being agitated and calling the store to ask what’s going on. We’re told we can make 2 months worth of payment on Friday to keep the furniture. So we’ve had the one piece of furniture a total of 3 weeks and are expected to make 2 months worth of payment?!?! ARE YOU SERIOUS?!?! this has to be a scam of some sort. I have half a mind to return it and not pay a damn dime. What a joke.
