I feel I have to write this to offset some of the bad reviews. Are the phones bad YES. Did COVID back up the appointments YES. But all the offices are like that after COVID. You do need to go to urgent care or send a portal message to get faster response. But Dr. Kuhl and Lisa are amazing, and the portal actually works. If you need a doctor to help you self advocate a serious condition Dr. Kuhl is the one.

I love the providers, but seriously- why doesn’t anyone ever answer the phone?? Surely they can hire ONE person just to answer the phone. It’s been years and this has been going on, so why hasn’t anyone fixed it yet? It blows my mind

The medical staff (doctors/NPs/PAs/nurses) at this office are professional and helpful, however, they have consistently terrrible office staff. This has been true for years now. The negative reviews here echo my own sentiments. Prescriptions take days, sometimes weeks, to be filled and then only with repeated follow-up calls made by the patient to the office. Appointments are scheduled way too far out. If you are sick, you end up going to a walk-in clinic because you cannot get in to see your doctor for weeks/months. The call backs are non-existant and the hold times are ridiculous. Numerous times I have been on hold my entire lunch hour only to have to leave my number on the robo system for a "call back," which never happens. Our entire family is looking for new providers. It's sad because we have been with our provider for over a decade. We've had enough. It's just not worth the constant frustration. We kept thinking it would get better, but it only gets worse and worse. Unfortunately, I cannot and do not recommend this office.

The office in the concourse is horrible! Started out at the one on washington ave and moved to a smaller one on KMD with an AMAZING provider who then moved to the concourse. We stayed with her because she was awesome, and then she left! As have all the other providers we have had. Getting through to anyone there is a nightmare. Can never get anyone to answer a phone call and when you leave a message its days before anyone gets back to you. Very frustrating, to the point where we are seeking new providers elsewhere. I would NOT recommend!
