My boyfriend and I have recently moved to Waterville and we wanted to give this restaurant a try. The first time we have gone, we had hibachi and it was an amazing experience. However, the last couple times we have been there we have been disappointed. After our hibachi experience, we ordered takeout and was told that it would take 15-20 minutes, but we waited for over an hour and a half for our food. We wanted to give them another chance and went again today for lunch. However, we waited half an hour before being greeted for our drinks and food order. The food is amazing but unfortunately, the service is not. I don’t think we will be returning..

Ordered a bunch of sushi to-go. Got all the way home to Fairfield Center with a tired kiddo to boot and realized they forgot the wasabi and ginger. Totally bummed me out. Called to see if i could pick it up tomorrow and these guys just straight up DELIVERED it to my home in less than 30 minutes! AWESOME. CUSTOMER. SERVICE. 👏🏼 Thank you!!

This time I tried Unagi Don and Dragon roll. Unagi Don was really reasonably priced. Both were delicious. We also tried other dishes previous visits. Other observation I want to share is that they put cilantro on udon bowls, so if you are like me and don't like it, you have to make sure to tell them you don't want it. I love their Miso soup. It has a gentle flavor. We got chocolate truffle and pistachio Gelato for dessert. Both visibly wasn't very appealing, but tasted good. I liked the truffle a little more than the pistachio Gelato. Overall, from the few Asian places that I tried in Waterville and Augusta, this one is the best so far. And they have fried ice cream. :)
