Folks in the office were always polite, and when I called needing Maintenance, at 8:00am the next morning a Maintenance Guy would be there, ready to fix whatever problem there was. The driveway was always plowed and sanded early morning before I went to work. Unfortunately, the apartment I rented had serious mold issues that we discovered a few days in. We did a mold test and turned it into the Office, but never got a solution. I had to wash everything in bleach weekly, but we were always having breathing problems. The windows had no screens and would not stay closed or did not open at all. We called about it, and Maintenance arrived first thing. He screwed all of the windows shut. This kinda freaked us out, we worried about the event of a fire. Windows do not open, nor was there a backup door. The only way out was the front door. We tried to keep in mind that it was a very old building. Once we moved out, our health problems went away.

When my apartment flooded, they were extremely responsive, replaced everything that was damaged, and were very helpful when I called them in a panic.

They are good to me. They work with tenants and help them. I was hospitalized and they checked in on my cat. They work with you on a payment plan for your security deposits and when there is a maintenance issue they try to resolve it quickly. I have been a tenant for over 5 years!!
