That's typical""PARADISE ISLAND""... DO NOT RENT HERE PEOPLE. I PAID MY RENT FOR 4508 ON 8/01/2017 ($1054.00) AND ON 8/17/2017 I CAME BACK IN AND PAID ANOTHER $1054.00 FOR SEPTEMBER RENT IN 805 THAT I TRANSFERRED TO ON 8/22/2017 AND GOT A MESSAGE FROM A EX EMPLOYEE TO GO ASK FOR MY RESIDENT PAYMENT LEDGER, WHEN I DID SO IT CAUSED ALL KINDS OF HELL TO BREAK LOOSE AND I DISCOVERED THAT MY CREDIT FOR THE FULL MONTH RENT I PAID ON 8/1/2017 FOR 4508 WAS INCORRECT AND THE FULL MONTH RENT I PAID ON 8/17/2017 FOR 805 WAS PUT IN AS A PARTIAL PAYMENT OF $719.42...WHERE THEY DO THAT AT?!?!? ON TOP OF THAT WHEN I SPOKE TO THE ""TEMPORARY FILL IN"" BOOKKEEPER SHE SAID I ONLY OWED 152.25 FOR MY WATER BILLS WHICH SHE IS CORRECT ABOUT AND I PLANNED TO PAY BEFORE MY LABOR DAY TRIP BUT THE PROPERTY MANAGER JOAN TRACE DECIDED TO THROW A MATCH ON A ALREADY HEATED KEG BY SAYING I OWE $353.54 MORE FOR RENT AND THAT MY RENT ABOUT IS $1096. NOT ACCORDING TO THE LEASE I SIGNED. SEE YOU IN COURT SWEETIE.

I called the number on the Google page and was greeted and talked to.
Number on their webpage is no good
They dont awnser the phone. they only focus on signing leases. if you notice, all there emails are"leasing"@paradiseisland instead of residents or anything that would be remotely useful after you pay them
