The Remodeling project at my apartment took longer that was expected,which is typical, but the finish product is very nice and good quality. Samantha , property Manager, was very helpful through out the process. Thank you Pat

I have reach out to the corporate office several times to correct the problems that I am having with this apartment and the renovation team. No response to my emails or phone calls. It's only so much the property manager can do and I believe she has done all that she can do and she is caught in the middle. There has been problems every since this property was bought in February of this year. I did not want the renovation team entering the unit that I occupy back in February and March due to COVID. I was told when I renew my lease that renovation would begin and I understood that. I have pictures below to show the horrible work that is bring done. I have had holes in my wall since July. The renovation team have entered my unit serval times to take measurements. They did a horrible job with the backslash in the kitchen, it doesn't match the countertops that they are now refusing to replace. Kitchen and and bathroom countertops where suppose to be replace and now I'm being told the renovation Manger states that she will not be replacing them. They put notices on your door stating that they will be entering the unit and they never show up. I have sent 2-3 emails to the cooperate office with pictures of my concerns and the concerns are not being address not to mention there has been a increase in of rent. If I could give this property a -1 star would. I remember these apartments never had vacant units and there use to be a waiting list, not now it's horrible. At times the trash is overflowing in the dumpsters. Please tell me why in the world was there an increase in rent and what I'm paying for!!! Again I reached out to cooperate several times before leaving this review with.no response. Very UNPROFESSIONAL
