Izzy was amazing. We had a horrible customer service and waiting experience with Texas Roadhouse so we came here and the wait was 30 mins not too bad and our waitress was soooooo nice. Thank you Izzy for making my moms birthday better since Texas Roadhouse almost ruined her birthday. With their unprofessional behavior. Be awesome and give great customer service…be like Izzy <3

never in my life will i come here again..food & service is great..however, if you cannot properly GUARANTEE that a food can be made a certain way without something in it don't serve it! i ordered macaroni without bacon..surprise! found bacon & had a little taste 😍 & me being muslim with a pork allergy, the manager showed no concern or care..made an excuse saying "oh well we make so many of these, so accidents happen maybe someone got confused" boo hoo what an excuse! if i would've found hair in my food or any other miscellaneous items .. would that have been an accident or somebody being confused? i don't think so. you are serving food!! so people are trusting you guys obviously!!!!!! there is no excuse!! POINT BLANK PERIOD!! however, you will be hearing from my lawyer's tomorrow, see you in court. mwah. ps : to the beautiful waiter who served me last night, thank you for handling the situation better than your manager!

My food was horrible. Took them over 25 minutes to make it. Fries cold. Meat undercooked. Had to send my wife to pick up our son while waiting for food to be made after attempting to try and time it to pick him up from work. Long wait, no service attention to detail. Wouldn’t recommend.
