December of this year makes 2 years of being here and I enjoy it. Anytime I’ve had an issue Stefani made sure it was fixed. The new office assistant is just as sweet as Stefani. They’ve added so many amenities since I’ve been here. Thank you Creekwood for all you do for your residents 💙

My biggest issue with the place was that we were bait and switched as soon as we moved in. We applied, were sent pictures of, and were approved for, a unit. Yet when we arrived on the day of our move in, we were given a completely different unit, from the flooring to the lack of a patio (which is the only reason we chose this place to begin with). It was taking it or be homeless, so we had to take it. Extremely unprofessional and started us on our lease of continuous disappointments. When we first moved in, we pointed out areas that needed to be fixed. We’ve now moved out, and none of the things mentioned were ever fixed. Our windowsill was rotting at the time of move in, it was never fixed. It got worse and ants were getting into our kitchen and food. When I brought it up, I was told maintenance was busy with “emergency” requests, and I guess that didn’t qualify to them. The windowsill in the bedroom is rotting. We pressed on the wall one day, and the entire things caved in. The ENTIRE side of the building was rotting and falling apart with a single touch. The one-hour patch job we did looks better than all the other patches that they had done It is very easy to see where the wall was simply filled in and painted over. If a car drives by too fast or our neighbors upstairs are walking just a little bit too hard, our entire bedroom window will shake. At a minimum, building C is INVESTED with roaches, we suspect German roaches (which are not killed by the 30 seconds of pest control they provide). Bugs were there since we moved in, and we ore there when we left. They were in our computers, printers, when you tell them there are bugs that aren’t being affected by their treatment, they simply imply that it’s your fault. They tell you that you should keep the place cleaner and maybe they’ll go away. Our AC unit shakes constantly and leaks, but it works. Toilet barely flushes, had them fix it once but it didn’t do anything. Bathroom sink on will leak if you put it on. Holes in the ceiling in the bathroom were the vent was and where the shower faucet was attached. They did come by and fill these with caulk for us when we asked. If you use two appliances in the kitchen, regardless if it’s different outlets, you’ll need to reset the breaker, which is hardly readable. The baseboard does not touch the floor in most of the apartment. The bugs hide underneath them, making it impossible to truly get rid of them since we cannot get to the nest. There are several gaps and holes in the cabinets. One of our drawers you cannot pull out without it falling out. The water heater makes ¼ of the closet unusable. If a single blind piece is the slightest bit broken, you will receive a lease violation. You are given 5 business days to fix it or pay $50 for them to fix it. This would be understandable, if it weren’t for how god awful they were about fixing things INSIDE the apartment. IF YOU CANNOT FIX A ROTTEN WINDOWSILL AFTER US BEING HERE FOR A YEAR, MY BLINDS ARE HARDLY YOUR CONCERN. Maintenance likes to park their golf carts in parking spots closest to the building. They typically stay there for an hour or longer, blocking the spots of residents. This isn’t a big issue, but if I must be roommates with every insect in Florida, I’d at least like to be able to park right outside my door. Office, including the gym for residence, has been closed for renovations for weeks now. Laundry room is constantly dirty, and the parking area is packed. Dumpsters overflow with trash and furniture, and the office’s solution was to just move it to the back of the property. Overall, it USED to be a decent place to live for the price. MIDLEASE they attempted to change our rent. We had to pull out our lease to fight it. With their newer prices, this place is NOT worth it. For our tiny, disgusting studio they want the price of a one bedroom anywhere else. For old prices, I would recommend the place. New rent is simply not worth the service you receive. Let this be your last resort. They only care about making the place look good until you’re locked into a lease.

Close to $1000 now. “Economy” units are about 400sq ft. I think the biggest 1/1 is 615sq ft.

I would be extremely cautious of this apartment complex. Roach problems, mold, poor insulation and no moisture barrier, have to run a dehumidifier constantly. Also, there was recently a change in ownership, just awful!!! You have been warned.
