Ivette was very busy with other customers but when I approached her she kindly and patiently waited for me to ask her some questions and then very professionally she explained that there were a couple of customers ahead of me but that she would be with me as soon as possible! While I waited she came to check up on me to apologize for the wait and to assure me that it wouldn’t be much longer! When it was my turn she answered all of my questions, helped me make a choice of frames and got me the best deal! Overall, all of the staff were kind, friendly, helpful and professional Thanks so much for making me feel like I made the right choice in eyeglass store!

It depends on your prescription. Same day service is available for many prescriptions, but sometimes can take up to 10 business days.
I agree. They should but you could have had your answer immediately if you'd call them.
