Very poor service, I gave them many chances, but kept having problems.

I went there with my 89 yr old mother. We were told multiple times we do not need an appointment for a booster shot. When we got there, there was one couple getting shots and one gentleman asking about the booster shot. He couldn't get the shot because he didn't bring the card and only had a picture of it. The first thing the pharmacist asked us was if we had an appointment. We told him not and that we needed a booster shot for her. He said that we needed to wait "hours". I asked why since the couple ahead of us was done and the other person was not getting a shot. The assistant told us that it was at the pharmacist discretion. Again i looked around and there is no one else around. I told them we couldn't wait "hours" after all she is 89. When we left the pharmacy didn't have one soul around but had 4 employees "working". We always had her prescriptions done at Publix and she insists on keeping her prescriptions with them but today we are changing our mind and taking our business somewhere else. Not a smart move since her prescriptions are many which in turns $$$. Their loss.

Need to get the vaccine shot but not taking appointments

This pharmacy was really good. But now, when we need some assistance over the phone, the pharmacist is all the time working with the patients for vaccine. They need at least one pharmacist to take care of the other patients.
