Pros: - excellent customer service experience - good bang-for-buck amenities like pool, breakfast, in-room fridge, microwave, coffee maker, & iron - great location near good places to eat, with seafood restaurant in walking distance Cons: - hidden fees may come up beyond the agreed room rate, even if prepaid - hotel doesn't smell bad, but could use more pleasant area scent - TV are small, old, & have mediocre sound Verdict: * Highly recommended! Only thing keeping it from being great are possible hidden fees

Only hotel without electricity, zero preparation, in the only region without electricity, cockroaches in the room without security because it is free access for pedestrians and cars. I do not recommend.

Dirty hotel, feet were black from so much dirt on the carpet, room stank. At the entrance, he was told that the room would be cleaned every 3 days... This did not happen, we had no air conditioning, no internet, poor maintenance of the hotel and the hotel's staff showed disregard for the situation. The worst hitel I've ever stayed in Orlando

Yes. We went around Labor Day, and had no trouble that week being able to use the machines when we wanted. We did not use their shuttle. It came and left at the wrong times, shaving of hours in the parks each day.. We wanted to get to parks when they opened and stay when they close. There is a gift shop on premises that has so much of the same things as big stores, for same low price. It might still be there. The front desk is helpful with questions before you book. It was cheaper for us to take Ubers than to rent a car. But who knows what Uber prices are like now.
