Can my luggage be held if I arrive early so my family and I can go to the parks ? Check in is at 4 pm we arrive at 9 am.

You can leave your bags at the hotel and check in when you return.

Most hotels will hold luggage. Definitely call to check as policies can change at anytime. As someone else suggested, perhaps your room could be ready for an early check-in.

I think is possible, and maybe your room could be ready, but not for sure, but is better call to the hotel in advance.

You have to call administration to verify, but I think you can leave your belongings in the hotel until you return.
