This is an older Resort. So rooms were older but quite nice. Some of the rooms were quite large. But well maintained. Good location. Very friendly staff.

Only live 12 miles away! Only came for the hot tub and pool- mine are broken. 6 kids under 9 in the hot tub for my two day stay no adult-a round!!! Big pool wasnt heated! Big dissapointment as well. Then i killed a roach in my room- i hate roaches! Nice koie pond - no koie! Whats up?game room was closed! Didnt say that on the website. Upstares bar closed as well! Again not on the website. Also found hair in the tub which the filter had not been cleaned in months! It was actually screwed on so the housekeepers couldnt take it off to clean! Jets had not been cleaned either! Nasty! Big mistake for the money! However the guy at the pool bar was the nicest guy on the property! There should be a rule that sticks!- no kids in the hot tub! Ever!

Not a bad place but needs a lot of updating. The floors in my unit were actually coming up in some spots, the jetted bath barely worked, we couldn't get out onto the balcony because the door was so stuck. They had streaming services available in their suits along with a DVD player, but there were missing wires to hook it up to the television. All the employees we interacted with were very accommodating and friendly, and we enjoyed the pool very much.

Yes. I am sitting here looking at them. I wish I could send a pic. Beautiful picnic area out by the lake near the pier. Two charcoal grills that I can see with a covered gazebo near by.
Yes, and it isn't the lame little ones that are attached to the wall. It is a decent one in a carry case under the sink.

It took us over 2 hours with traffic to drive to Clearwater from the resort a couple of weeks ago . Less than 2 hours to get to Daytona. Its $20 for a day pass to Daytona this year! Last year it was only 10. Coco beach is closer. Just over an hour

Yes, We keep our pool temps between 82 and 85 degrees. We begin heating the pools around mid-October when the air temperatures begin to drop below 90. Pool temperatures are checked daily by our pool company.

I would not say near by, there's not much near by... Maybe within 20 min Uber ride. Their own bar lounge is just an underwhelming patio/terrace nobody goes to. Some older attendees every other night when they play obnoxiously loud karaoke.

Sorry but it does look like the pictures on the website. On a major road but far enough back that it's really quiet. Stayed there twice. I'd definitely go back. I like it better than Bonnet Creek.

Yes they do....3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and the Jacuzzi bathtubs too. It sleeps 8 people very comfortably.
When we stayed there the last two times we had a balcony, full kitchen, king bed, jacuzzi tub, walk in shower. We loved the resort and we have stayed at other Wyndum properties in Orlando and we prefer Star Island.
