RUN far away. Do not stay here. Unsafe, unsanitary. The nightmare starts with them unable to get me a room key that works. 5 trips 3 rooms no luck. Finally get me into the room and it's filthy. But they're unable to provide me with a clean room. Drug dealers in the room next door. Absolutely disgusting. Not to mention the room phone doesn't work. Do not let these theives take your hard earned money. I checked out within a few minutes of getting the room and they refuse to refund.

Anyone with a rating of more than 3 stars is a bot. Please read the reviews before making an informed decision. Spend a little extra more to stay at another place, because it’ll save you the stress of dealing with the unsanitary environments and toxic staff at this clarion inn. Like others have said there’s a resort fee for little to no reason, even if you would like to use their Wi-Fi, the signal is too weak to reach the room, making even checking your email a chore. The rooms are filthy and they do not do any cleaning or housekeeping. First room we entered had 7 brown streaks on the bedsheets underneath the comforters and under the pillows of both queen beds. Towels were missing, and the room was still sporting a crt tv with no remote. One queen bed is sunken on one side due to frame damage. Underneath the mini fridge and microwave housed a lot of small bugs. They offered a second room due to complaints and it was in fact worse! Fecal matter was sprayed along the bedside lamp and the bedside wall just between the beds. The phone was smashed in and the fire alarm was ripped out of the wall and fast food paper bag shoved in its place. Water seeped into the front door after a rain shower. Dried muddy footprints still on the tiles. Mold in the bathroom. They offered a third room but I’m not giving them a third chance to disappoint me further. Front desk and management doesn’t care, insisting “it is what it is” and that we “should have known what kind of hotel this is”. The only good thing I can say about this place is that it has an empty parking lot. I hope it remains empty for your sake. Please just spend an extra $10 or more per night somewhere else. You will have a much better experience in Florida that way.

If at all possible, avoid staying here! The cable would be on for 1 minute then a loud static snow screen for 1 minute!! Unable to fix for the 2 days there. The breakfast was sub-par...cereal, bread yucky waffles! Microwave stopped functioning and they brought another and it was dirty, nasty. Not the cleanest of rooms. Fitness room closed. Pay the extra money and stay somewhere else!!
