Worst Maintenance...The water in the tap and the shower water is recycled water..I could not stay over there...for this price we will get better hotels in this area...Please do not go to this place.

I agree it is the worst in the hotel, when we arrived the room had dog hair in the corners, it smelled very bad, there was dust everywhere, the bathrooms are disgusting, there was still dirt residue in the bathtub and some public hair that is disgusting! I do not recommend to anybody.
This motel needs help. They are getting better but are not yet consistent. I don't know who Ana is so I can't address that. The parking here is ridiculous. I don't understand why I have to give all my car information and is told so they say it is to make sure I am staying at the motel but come back and find no place to park and I'm told no parking up front or you will be towed mind you there are no signs to tell you this. It depends who is up front If the phone will be answered. I tried for over an hour and finally went up to the office. Towels... hit and miss one time I stayed here and 3 days in a row all different times 8am .. 3pm do I need towels next time it was on the third day before anyone came and asked. The bug situation is much better. The bathrooms need help. Carpet is gone and the smell is much better. It's a work in progress.
No hourly rent. You'd have to pay the normal daily rate even if it is just for a few hours.

I do not recommend it, they charged me a 50 dollar deposit which would be returned to me after leaving the hotel, 30 days and no refund.

When I was there about three weeks ago there was a black gentleman that was trying to get a free meal later that evening I saw him at the chopping mall across the way trying to beg change off people I'm not sure I don't know that was the one you're speaking of but it is possible!
I think it's better to rent a car with GPS, is very useful to go anywhere and anytime you want
