Check in what's horrible unprofessional. The place had roaches and the blinds at the back door were broken and missing the furniture was dirty

The place is beautiful. A private residential complex. Renting villas and private apartments from their owners through two mediators. The place is far from Orlando. I do not recommend it to the tourist, but the resident is considered good to get used to the place

Terrible service, hardly found anyone un the reception, when we could finaly interact, the service was very unprofessional. Old furniture, very unconfortoble sofa, small TVs, slow internet, lack of infrastructure (small pool and a small playground - wich they charge you USD 20/day regardless if you use it or not). Cleaning was horrible, we found a bunch of food under the bed.

I'm not sure. I did see people walking dogs so I'd assume so. My wife booked with them through VRBO so you can check on their website or check with Hapimag directly.
