These people discriminate against homeless people and service animals even though the room was being pd for. Do not stay here. They literally kicked them out onto the streets after they had already been staying there awhile and they were good people, no problems.

The pictures are completely not what this place looks like in The pictures. There are weeds growing all around the pool..Had to switch from the first room because of a heavy mold smell. The bathroom tubs are beyond stained. But much worse, there were roaches which weren't noticed until late night. A man with needles in a box was sleeping on the stairs. The only good thing was the gentleman that worked the desk. He was the only good thing about this hotel.

At least eda was not my experience. The person in charge of cleaning came every day before 9 am to clean the room and I even had to go outside while she cleaned. My rooms were for adults I couldn't tell you if they had cribs. That almost no hotel has. For my family and I it was perfect.

I had visitors and they didn't ever mention anything. I do know hanging in the hallway or with the door open and running in and out will get their unwanted attention. I stayed there a over 2 weeks and I had more than 10 visitors in that time. They only was different towards me when they thought my sister stayed the night because I answered the door and she was bundled up in the other bed in the room. It's more for the second person I believe. Some booking apps do put 2 automatically so the price is the same if you have an over night guest. Expedia let's you put 2 guest and the price doesn't change.
You literally have to go to the property. Their phone line supposedly is down..
They have different hours for each place. Some times are 7am 10am 12pm.
Its $40. But if you stay there 5 times (ever) its $150 deposit. Makes no sence but thats what it is.
No they dont usually i believe its like 400 a week and if you stay more than 10 days you ja e to put a 200 dollar deposit. They are a good hotel Its very quiet. I enjoy staying there and i do so when i stay in kissimmee for a couple days. Best weekly rate is at the duo boutique try there its 250

Any where between $40-$60 depending where you book it. And a deposit of $40 for your first 4 nights and from your 5th on the deposit jumps to $150 a night.
It has 2 full/double beds and a sofa bed in there "large" rooms.
They ask for a deposit of 20 dollars but at the end of the stay they return it. I do not know exactly the value of the tax but each room has that value already included and it is economical.
