Staying at this hotel was an exercise in frustration. I wanted to like it since the layout of the building is nice, with an outdoor courtyard, pool, and cafe in the middle. It's pet friendly, too. There's a respectable breakfast selection, and the staff was generally friendly and accomodating. However, the room I stayed in was abysmal. I evacuated here for Hurricane Ian and wasn't looking for a luxurious experience -- I just needed a place to hunker down for a couple of days. Even accounting for unprecedented rain, the room was terrible. The nice room layout doesn't mean much when your ceiling starts leaking so badly you have to place pots and pans under the drips. It doesn't mean much when you use half the towels provided to soak up a gallon or two of mystery water that suddenly appeared on the kitchen floor while you were sleeping. Or when, during tropical storm-force winds, you can FEEL the wind whipping around through small gaps around your window next to your bed. Or when you notice that carpet up to 6 feet out from the window is also wet because there's a leak somewhere. It's just unacceptable and a potential hazard to your health. I would have given this all a pass during the hurricane for one-off failures, but there was evidence that these weren't new problems. There was a drywall patch job on the ceiling where it started leaking, there was a sloppy caulking/paint job around the unsealed window, and there were some existing stains on the floor where similar issues had occurred before. I waited out the brunt of the storm and promptly left to stay with family who evacuated to another hotel down the street. When I explained my early checkout to the clerk, he did seem a little dismayed, but not at all surprised. That was the nail in the coffin for me.

I love the hotel, super comfortable room, breakfast was delicious and so many variaty, very quiet. The only cons was a humid smell in the room otherwise perfect. I'll stay again here.

Great staff! We stayed 3 nights. Loved the free laundry on site. Appreciated the gym. Good breakfast buffet. The room's kitchen and size were fantastic. Angel and his front desk partner with short, curly black hair made sure we had an amazing stay. Room could be updated but then the price would be double. Definitely recommend.

Not soundproof, can literally hear the people in the next room. Ac stays at 70 degrees, no way to change it. Has a phone in the room that doesn't work so I can't call and ask for another blanket. The "resort" is a pool and a outside bar (which is pretty nice) Updated rooms are like lipstick on a pig. Done very cheap and it smells like cigarettes and weed. The only thing nice is the room size, they allow pets and the staff is super sweet.

Yes, I was a week ago and I can affirm that it has a laundry place. The washing has to be done by the guest I think
Andrea is right. It is an open bar. You can take whatever you want. Obviously earlier, more are your options. Actually the bar is more like snacks than breakfast, but they serve for the parks, if you plan to go. Honestly, it is better to have breakfast in a restaurant
10 to 20 minutes
Hello, we rent a car .. but even from the hotel there is transport to the parks and I estimate that they also discourage you about public transport
If they are located outside the lobby, they will give you a sheet with the available departure times for each park.
Yes, we had multiple rooms, and all had pretty good hair dryers.
Yes
Hello, I left Staybridge 3 days ago, and breakfast, as in other hotels, is a bag that you must withdraw, there are no breakfasts like the usual ones. The pool is open until 23.00. I hope I have helped.
I loved it, excellent service and punctual

The coffee options change by day. The breads, drinks and pancakes are the same always, what changes are the accompaniments, eggs, sausages, pastries, potatoes, porridge, etc.

Indeed, the room 111 that we occupied had all the comforts, this is frigobar, kitchen, dishwasher, etc., excellent Apart Hotel.
I was in November 2018 and there was free transportation to the parks.

Hello. There are already established transport hours. It is in the morning and the return is at night. In front of the hotel there are restaurants with good food. There are even stores for shopping
In about 20 min you reach the Disney grounds
I went in April (few people) and I used the transfers to the parks without problems. There is another that takes you to an Outlet. Also use Uber, cheaper than taxis, to go elsewhere. Now, if you go in high season I don't assure you anything
No. There was a coffee machine which would do the job. Tea and coffee are available free from the lobby all day too.
