Crusty, outdated. Furniture is likely from the 90s. Mold in the shower. You get exactly what you pay for. I wouldn’t stay again, and wouldn’t recommend this hotel. Needs to be gutted and completely remodeled. On a positive note, the staff was nice.

Room was moldy smelling dirty nasty booked 2 nights for refuge from hurricane Ian, stayed for one night because Ian was due to hit Orlando on the day of check out.they said ihad to check out anyway .they were booked so I found another hotel had to leave in the wind and rain.i decided to check and see if they had a room available on line and they did

Good for you, I have audiovisual evidence that supports what I comment, I just want to prevent someone like me falling into that deception. Roaches is a serious health issue.
I agree. They don't want to update the hotel and the rooms are so old and nasty. I feel like it has potential to be a good hotel IF they updated absolutely everything. I won't be staying here ever again, for sure!

This is not a question, and while I will say it's a budget location, budget should not have to equal trashy. The very least they can do is upkeep a clean environment. They aren't the dirtiest I've been to, but they put wet sheets on the bed and point their air-conditioning inlets right where they know the smokers are.
Yes they're open, hot tub closes at 10pm and I think the pool closes at 11pm.
Yes, shipping works! But getting back to the hotel at the end of the day using this transport is very complicated and gives a headache. I recommend that you take an Uber or taxi on the way back.
Hola ....coincido con el trato ...no es el que deberían brindarle a los huéspedes...en mi caso la habitación estaba limpia ..pero no la iban a limpiar supuestamente por protocolo .. Por cercanía..excelente..muy linda zona y accesible para ir a los parques

Yes ... you have transfers to Universal. Not to Disney! When you arrive they offer you the grid with the departure and return times. Luck!
Yes they do.been going to this place since 2002 right till 2016 and yes new management/ owners i was told.Totaly changed it almost feels empty in the front now and yes rugs needed long ago changing. Laundry is done on site and I'm gonna say they work very hard under very hot conditions. Price generally reflects the place but this place is also close to everything so either bite the bullet or find another place
My advice is that if you can cancel that reservation because the place is lousy. There are many cheap and better hotels like the Quality Inn and the Grand Hotel. The cleaning service is terrible, I was there for 15 days and they NEVER cleaned the room and for toilet paper you have to look for it at the Front Desk and sometimes they tell you that they don't have it. I really advise you to cancel your reservation at this place. Besides that it is infected with cockroaches.
Very dirty hotel the indifferent staff there were 3 employees at reception 30 people waiting and they decided to take a break there is no coffee in the morning and the ice machines do not work I do not recommend it
I called them three times to get it back. First time they told me to wait for 14 days, after it their finance person was on vacation, third time was a charm. But in total it took approximately one month to get it back
