Good for you, I have audiovisual evidence that supports what I comment, I just want to prevent someone like me falling into that deception. Roaches is a serious health issue.
I can confirm that these rooms are a huge disappointment they smell bad the whole place is dirty and tried to shower only to have the water back up and fill the tub I'm staying in a kids suit by the way. In the time I was in line I saw at least 4 people go and change rooms or complain. Can't recommend this place to anyone
The place is definitely a disappointment! Was probably a beautiful place at one time. Like 20 or more years ago. It seem like all furnishings etc ave been there for a long time......... And we have seen roaches also. Only a few but where there are a few there are likely thousands.
AWFUL place, stinks like sewer. They changed my room twice and one was worse than the other. the second room was flooded (I have evidence)

I had a plesant experience with the staff as well as the room no problems at all
I'm here now because of hurricane Ian half the hotel building has had no Cold water since 9am
I was at the hotel now in August and we were scared with the dirt and bad smell!! Broken bathroom walls, EVERYTHING rusty, FILTHY hair sink drain!! A real filth..
I had the same issues that the ladies in the other comments, DON’T GO THERE, Besdes they don't refund your deposit
