Hello everyone! I wanted to share my experience with this particular Publix Pharmacy. Today, I went to drop off my husbands prescriptions, and Brandon greeted me through the drive through window. He was so positive and upbeat, greeted me with the nicest attitude, I thought he had worked at Disney before! Brandon went above and beyond to make my day a little brighter, even though he wasn't required to. I wanted to ensure that Brandon gets the recognition he greatly deserves. Brandon is incredible, as are the other pharmacy staff members. Every time I pick up my prescriptions, Brandon never fails to make me smile! Shortly after this awesome experience, I had to go to CVS pharmacy to pick up my 5 year olds medication (she has Medicade, and CVS is the only pharmacy that accepts it, so I have to use it). Once again going through the drive through and the pharmacy tech didn't even say hello. Not only that, she gave me the medication and walked away without saying anything. Confusing me, I sat there thinking maybe she had another prescription ready, but she just didn't bother to say goodbye or let me know my transaction was completed. This was so disappointing after my experience at Publix. Thank you Brandon and the pharmacy staff for continuing to have the best customer service skills, along with amazing, personable, and professional attitude. We need more Brandons in this world!! If you can be anything, be like Brandon! This Publix Pharmacy is the BEST!

Not a bad Publix location. The staff and management are great. However, getting in and out of this location is very difficult. The wife and I drive 5 miles further to a different Publix most of the time due to the convenience.

The pharmacists and technicians are always very helpful when I call or visit. They happily answer any questions about prescriptions or any otc items when I ask. This is no longer the closest location to me but the one I prefer to visit.
