As I approach the one year anniversary of the completion of my home shop I wanted to share what an incredible experience I had with the Team at Walt’s. Incredible service beginning with design and option help. Then communicating through the milestones of production. Finally the build, Inspections and punch list items. All the way along they were my partner. I cannot speak highly enough about how great an experience this was. Wish I was building another building JUST so I could work with them again. VERY much recommend these folks.

I must admit that of ALL the many places we checked with to build our barn Holly and Derek and their people were the best choice we could have ever made. Not only did they get our barn built ahead of schedule they kept us in the loop during it all. I cannot say enough about the quality, workmanship and considerate people in their company. My building is great with two exceptions. The pedestrian door is very hard to open and close. The huge problem is the leaking windows. Both of the windows installed leak. I waited weeks for two different "repairs" that didn't work. I was told that another more qualified person would be coming out the next week, but two weeks passed after that, and I decided to pay someone else to properly fix the leaking windows. I also never met the foreman of my job face to face which seemed weird, but was not that big of a deal. I would still recommend them for your building, but I would make sure I got their best crew and was 100% satisfied before I wrote the last check.
