Took my neighbor to this less than desirable establishment for his monthly appointment(he is in a wheelchair from a motorcycle accident) they didn't have his appointment in the system and the blonde office girl admitted that she screwed up and didnt put his appointment in the system they would not move him to the front of the line. Then could not take criticism that they were wrong and fix it without making him wait half the damn day.... worst customer service I have ever seen bar none!!! Then when you tell them it's their screw up and they should squeeze him in the front of the line they bark at you and try to kick you out because they think they have him over a barrel because of the reason he is here. Acknowledge your screen up and FIX YOUR customer service. Sorry for my bluntness(not really) but I am a US Army Infantry and special ops retiree with numerous combat deployments including more more than a couple to Iraq and Afghanistan so I speak my mind and if you don't like it don't work in your husbands practice!
