My husband and I were just at this location trying to order at the drive through. After several attempts and the order taker saying she couldn't hear, we went inside. My husband went to use the restroom as I began placing our order. My husband came back to the counter requesting the key for the restroom and the clerk Meli said she get it after taking the order. My husband said I need it now (he has a medical condition and couldn't wait). And she glared at him and said she was taking my order. He told her we were together and I explained he had a medical condition. She grabbed the key obviously irritated and walked to the restroom door and unlocked it. She came back threw the key on a counter and ignored me and went to the drive thru window even though she hadn't finished my order and there was another clerk at the drive thru. She finally sent the other clerk to finish my order. The order was almost complete except for my milkshake. We waited several more minutes and finally Meli came to the counter and practically threw the milkshake at us, never even looking at us. And the entire time this event transpired the manager was standing nearby and never did or said anything. The attitude of Meli and the disregard by management make this visit to this Jack our last.
