If they are open 24 hrs then why were they closed for a half hour at 4am? I drove across town to come here on my lunch on a serious time crunch because they are 24 hrs and they are closed for 30 min. wasted my lunch time

I honestly have no daggum idea what the hay they were doing closed. I figured & or thought they were open also!

I had this exact thing happen to me but i was made to believe by a manager it was an isolated incident. You are absolutely correct in saying they most certainly are not open 24hrs if they close at anytime during the day or night and I do hope Jack in The Box offers you some sort if compensation for your wasted time and your frustration!
