Why can’t the management do something about disrespectful tenants?!?! I’ve called and ask them to speak to the above tenant about all the stomping and banging but they said she has three kids and only had them every other weekend so I guess it’s ok.

They wont ever do anything. I complained for an entire year, sometimes several times a week. The office justified it by saying that they had loved there longer than us. I even called the cops. Nothing was done. Do not renew your lease.

You can try talking to the tenets above you directly. You can call the police and see do they deal with situations on that level.
