I have enjoyed the community. Quiet and feels safe where I am. I reduced the number of stars because I have placed 7 maintenance request since moving in in March and nothings has been done about it. The person who lived there before me must have had pets because the wood on the patio is saturated with urine. I requested to have it replaced however no one has contacted me about to. They came out once and pressure washed it - “Wood”. 🤦🏾♀️🤷🏽♀️. But I appreciated the efforts. Unfortunately it needs to be replaced.I am unable to use the patio area because of it. The request ask that someone call me to enter the unit with me so that I am able to direct them to my concern (not that they can’t smell it). No one has called and no one has entered (yes I have cameras). Other than that it is an ok place to live.

We have lived here over 10 years and never experienced any problems I am reading about in the reviews. Maintenance has always been prompt . My calls are always answered. I have always been treated with respect. Any negative occurrences have always been swiftly dealt with. It has always felt like home . No complaints, Thank you Paradise Island for all your hard work to give us a pleasant experience and a nice place to live we appreciate your hard work! 💐

My husband and I haven’t even moved in yet and are already second guessing our decision. After being approved for our unit and signing documents 2 weeks ago our move in date was scheduled for Friday, 08/26. We’ve been in constant contact via email and phone calls to ENSURE everything was ready for move in. Today, 2 DAYS before we were supposed to move in, my husband receives a call that our unit will not be ready for move in due to new counters needing to be installed. After being told there is nothing that can be done and we now need to wait an additional 5 days before we can move in, no offer for a discounted rent or anything. Honestly worst experience and there was NOTHING they could do to even rectify the situation. How have we been in contact for the past 2-3 weeks and nothing was said about new countertops needed for the unit? Now we will be living out of boxes for another week and have to reschedule so many things. Not a good look for Paradise Island.

They dont answer the phone because the office is unorganized. Worst property management ever!
Not to mention the lawn company thinks its a good idea to blow the leaves into the parking spots
They pad their fees...claim you owe...going to parent co in TN does nothing...time to call media bbb, atty general office
I was lost and a guy he'll me find my way to where in was going very very friendly people never seen so many friendly people in one area
They wont ever do anything. I complained for an entire year, sometimes several times a week. The office justified it by saying that they had loved there longer than us. I even called the cops. Nothing was done. Do not renew your lease.

I actually enjoy it here. If you want to talk to a rep, I HIGHLY suggest you speak to Glenda in the main office. She is a professional that won't jerk you around.
Something happened to me like that , I had to call and remind them 3 times !! It's best of you go into the office and speak with someone. There might be someone to help immediately.
