They try you at first when your picking up the car..I had to repeat myself on everything at least twice before signing anything..european lady( just beign nice dont know where she is from)try to add those charges..after I told her I didnt need that extra stuff..thats where they get yah..
Yup! I had a lengthy discussion with the agent about NOT wanting any prepaid fuel charges and said I would return it full (which I did) and she confirmed multiple times that I wouldnt be charged. And then they added a "pre-paid" fuel charge anyway. Which did not appear on the screen I reviewed for my contract (which btw is a screen the size of a credit card). Shady practices.
YES They did that to me!!! It's confusing because there's a hold they place on your credit card and if you're not paying very close attention, you'll just think that's the money you'll get back but it's an extra charge. I was thinking who do you even go to to complain about something like this
