I'm a FL resident, and made my reservation online through Southwest for $248. I get there and the lady is asking me do I want gas added on (um, I said NO when I made the reservation--she called me a liar); do I want unlimited tolls (NO, I won't be using them); do I want liability insurance (WAS IT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE? YES??? OK, then sure). That will be $366... I say, "Look, take whatever you put on there back off, I'm only paying $248, not an efin penny more; I'm NOT A TOURIST, nor am I stupid." Her response, "Okay, but there is a $1,000 deposit" (on my credit card, NOT debit card). WHATEVER! How long does it take to have the hold taken off? 4-5 days AFTER the car is returned. It had better be... Not only was this woman rude, and tried to gouge me for EVERY PENNY she could, but the car I got is a 2019 already damaged POS. I was sure to mark ALL DAMAGE and also took pictures, as I'm sure they will try to blame me for it. Yeah, again, NOT STUPID... WORST.EXPERIENCE.EVER.
