If you have already rented the car and purchased their toll pass, you may not be able to get a refund. They will push many extra "protection" plans or really push you to upgrade and buy extra things when most the time you don't need them. When we were there he tried to make us buy the ezpass saying there's many tolls and we need it, but I knew he was just trying to make extra money. You can try to request a refund but I think their argument is that the ezpass was "just in case" you go through toll.
Yes unlimited, but I didn't go thru any toll, that's no fair... isn't it?
It's an extra, however with that said, I said no to the ezpass, and ran into a toll both, exact cash, unmanned, and did not have exact change, so I drove through it and got a 30 dollar fine in the mail. Bring along 10 bucks worth of quarters for unmanned toll stations.
Don't opt for their deal. If you know you won't go on toll roads. If you do go through a toll booth, stop and pay. No refunds, it is just money in their pockets.
Wendy is correct I refused the protection and only drove on one toll road that was automatic. The most are cash.
It is very unlikely they will refund, why not call them and find out If they don't, utilize it to fullest. I think you have unlimited use.
