Fort Lauderdale, fox rental after all they tried to sell me my initial bill was $460.,for 7 days, total at end of transaction $849, gasoline refill 3gallon@$6:99 per gallon. Ripped off.
I didn't like them at all my rental was for 2hundred when I got there it wound up being 5 hundred because of third party billing
The rates had some fees that I was unaware of such as wanting to charge me for insurance because they said they wouldn't take my insurance...however, my actual experience with 2 line staff was exceptional. The first one was the man that actually issued the car as you drive out. He was funny and genuine. He had me on the road very quickly. At the end of my trip, the woman that took my car saved the day by running down the shuttle bus that was taking me to the airport and returning my personal keys that i had clipped to the rental key ring for my car in Minnesota. It would of been a really long day if she had not gone out of her way and actually RAN my keys to the departing shuttle bus...I only wish I would of gotten the employees names. Those 2 peeps were tremendous!
The service that I had was great they were fast easy to deal with gave me exactly what I wanted. The shuttle bus back and forth from the airport was awesome they were very helpful knew the airport quite well
Go and try once.when you will experience the 5 star treatment from them you will understand ur self. I ignored the reviews and I suffered so I don’t want other people to suffer that y it’s just reminder for all other people.
My experience was fine.
All in all they weren't that bad actually
