One bedrooms average between $1300 to $1500 once you add in mandatory fees ie. trash pick up parcel lockers and things of that nature. Parking is average to good for the most part but there are times when visitors take most of the parking for weeks at a time and you will have to park further from your building. That seems to happen every few months. I haven't had many issues that required maintenance but when I did they were prompt and responsive.
Maintenance is pretty fast honestly you submit a request and they will have someone go look and take care of it that same day or the next day.
depends on if it's a classic or renovated apartment. uncovered parking is free but covered parking is $15 per mth.
