I am currently living here I do not recommend this to anyone, Worse employees ever, zero star

I called the apartments on 4/17/22 and booked a tour for 4/18/22 at 5 PM for a one bedroom apartment that was supposed to be ready for immediate move in. Here it is 4/18/22 and my daughter and I decided to stop by early. No one answered the door which was locked and I tried calling with no answer nor a vm to leave a message like other apartments have. Shortly after we called a couple of times a lady on her cell phone strolls up stating " We have no VACANCIES!" I told her that I called yesterday and the lady said they had 1/1 bedroom available. In response she said, "You didn't talk to us" all the while never getting off her personal phone call nor looking me in the face at least once. She was in a hurry as if she was ready to get rid of us in order to finish her call. Thank God I came a little bit early because I would have gotten off of work just to fight through traffic to be on time for a 5pm tour only to find out that there are no vacancies. So unprofessional and they are unknowledgeable. This was a complete waste of my value time and missed income! I guess I can say maybe God was trying to warn me and I dodged a bullet.

I wish they had 0 star rating. Terrible, terrible management. They definitely needs to be fired. Came to visit this apartment complex for 3 times in row. Every time I come they either never around, or Someone leaving the office. I am trying to find a unit to this complex, but the management is not professional at all.
